This shop is nothing less than amazing, with techs like Mr. Jeff Norris, any shop would be amazing. BY FAR THE MOST INFORMATIVE TECH IVE EVER HAD. Never did even one time have to wonder what was going on, his communication is as professional as it possibly can get. The shop was clean and his area matched his effort PERFECTION!! I will definitely come back if I ever need to and I will CERTAINLY recommend this shop EVERYTIME. Mr. Norris I sure hope you see this..... from my entire staff, we say THANK YOU!!

I can’t thank Texas Truck AC enough! They got me in and out quickly, and their customer service was outstanding. I especially want to mention a gentleman named Jacob. Although I’m not sure of his exact role, he noticed that I was feeling stressed and took charge of my situation. He placed me at the front of the line and ensured I was back on the road in no time. I had many units go down at one time and they sent Marcos to repair. I didn't think he would have them all ready by the next day but he did and he also stayed until they were all done. Summer heat in Texas is no joke and with all the A/C units running properly ,all the drivers were happy. I highly recommend Marcos and he's team for making sure we were taking care off.
