We had an extremely positive experience! Salesman Adrian Tolbert was very nice without being fake or pushy. Sales Mgr. Justin was easy to work with, never dishonest or ambiguous. Mr. Patel in Finance was knowledgeable and informative but never tried to push any additional products. We would shop there again.

I had a bad experience with Nalley Hyundai in the past which scared me away from Hyundai. But I was brought to Newnan Hyundai and their customer service is amazing! And I’m in the customer service field! Russell from the service center, and Maddie and Diane from Sales were amazing! They came up with a solution for my situation and I left with a vehicle that I LOVE!! Perfect size for my little family. Maddie was amazing and wouldn’t let me settle on a vehicle if I didn’t love it and I appreciate the honesty. Thank you for a great experience. Maddie definitely made it a smooth, PATIENT, process without any pressure AND I LOVE MY TUCSON!!! Thank you so much!

Amazing again!!! This was the second 2024 model i have recently purchased from Southtowne. I came in looking for a good deal on a used commuter car. They made me such a good deal on a new one it was a “no brainer”. The manager Charlie was the one that got the deal done. He went above and beyond to earn my business. I wasn’t a buyer until he listened to me and got me everything i asked for. If you are looking for a dealership that gives you the level of service you deserve visit Southtowne and get Charlie involved. A++++

Well they told me my car payment was going to be $550.00 a month but it ended up being $686.00. They flat out lied. I do like the car but it puts me in a bind.

I visited Southtowne Hyundai yesterday(Sunday) looking to trade my vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted by Aaron Austin. He asked what he could do for me, I told him & he worked his magic. Aaron was very polite, honest, & explained everything along the process & went above & beyond to get me the vehicle I had worked so hard to buy.

When I was approved for the vehicle I went into Lee's office to sign paperwork & Mr. Lee was also a joy to work with. He explained every piece of paperwork & every option I had when it came to selecting different options for my vehicle maintenance.

Once all of the financial stuff was done Aaron walked me out to my vehicle & put on my temp tag & asked if I would like for him to show me somethings about my new vehicle. I, of course said yes. He did an awesome job explaining what I need to know right then & advised me to read the manual, come back by the dealership, or give him a call if I had any questions.

10/10 I highly recommend!!!

I was looking to lease a Palisade within my budget. I visited a Hyundai dealer close to my home initially and that didn’t work out. I contacted this location just for a general leasing inquiry. I received a call from the Newnan location a few days later checking to see if they could assist me with leasing a vehicle . I spoke with Dale Williams Jr, who listened to what I wanted, gave me options within my price range and literally sealed the deal over the phone. I drove an hour to their location and was immediately greeted by him and shown the vehicle I wanted. I am very happy with the customer service I received . Dale was awesome, he kept me informed about the process and made the whole leasing experience seamless. I highly recommend this dealer!

Tommy Bowling was AH-MAZING! Very helpful and willing to work with you to make sure you are well taken care of. Really enjoyed the experience and so great to see that Lee was still there too! Gotta love that they have longevity in their folks at that dealership. Speaks volumes for sure. Go buy a car from Tommy or Lee and tell them I sent you. Be well and drive safely!
