The experience was great, salesperson on the floor directed us to the item we were looking for. At check out we were informed since it is my husbands birthday week, by submitting an email address a 20% Coupon would be forth coming. Waiting on the coupon have some more shopping to do. Thanks for a nice experience!

My wife and I walked into the store, not really expecting to buy anything, but then I saw a University of Kansas sweatshirt (gray, with a red and blue KC on it-to commemorate playing football games in Kansas City) I liked, so I got it. It was a decent price, but I will admit some of the items in the Rally House stores have gotten pretty expensive.
One critique I have is that there is SOOOO many different items, it is hard to see everything, and sometimes difficult to move freely in throughout the store. I have been to the new Rally House off of Barry Road in North Kansas City and the difference in size of the building makes it so much easier to shop.

Visited this store last week. Staff were the exact opposit of their other store we had visited.
Walked in and stopped at the first rack to look at Chiefs sweatshirts. I saw a huge brown spider crawling on a t-shirt. It was almost as big as the palm of my hand. My first instinct was to take it outside. I yelled to the girl at the register what I was doing, she barely looked up and said thank you. It took me a few minutes for my heart to slow back down. No one ever came over to check on me or the situation. We went to the register shortly after to buy my sweatshirt. I explained what had happened to the gal at the register. Her response was "oh".
A small discount for taking care of the spider for them would have been a nice gesture.
We won't be going back to that location. The staff need to be much friendlier. They should train with their other locations to see how to treat customers.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a cashier named Samantha. While checking out Samantha asked for my email address and directed me to enter it. I politely told her no thanks to which she replied don't worry we don't send you emails it is only for the receipt. I once again told her no thank you and at that point the whole interaction changed. Not another word was spoken from her, other than telling me my total. Words were not needed as her body language and RBF told me she was offended I did not provide my email address. I smiled as I waited for her to thank me but it never happened. She handed me the bag gave an entitled smirk and walked away. I definitely will not shop at Kansas Sampler again. Hopefully management can speak to Samantha about customer service and the impacts it can have on a business.

I went for long hair scrunchies for the KC Royals. I had just bought some for the KC Chiefs. You didn't have any. I bought a blue elastic band with a Royals bow for a child. But didn't work well. $15 🙁

SUCH AN INVENTORY--MY FIVE-MINUTE STOP TOOK ABOUT 25 MINUTES TO FINALLY PURCHASE A CHIEF'S SHIRT. A VERY NICE YOUNG LADY OFFERED TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED A COUPLE TIMES. IT WAS A NICE VISIT.

First time here and very happy about my shopping experience! All staff greeted me, asked if I needed assistance, and very informative! I found what I needed for our KC Royals and KC Chiefs!!! Thanks so much Rally House, I'll be back for sure!!!

We come in from out of town at least once a year, Rally House never disappoints, especially the Leawood store. The staff is always very helpful. Nice job!!
