This store has everything! Women’s, Men’s and Children’s clothes, Shoes, Cosmetics and on and on! Some discounts available if you use your Macys credit card. Store employees are very helpful and very polite. Really nice store. Keep up the good work Macys!

Love this store. They have Labor day sale going on. Men's cargo shorts 19.99. Regular price was 55.00. Good quality, soft to touch. Very nice. My son bought 4 pair and he is picky. ?

This Macy's is beautiful and pleasant to shop in. The displays are well placed and so easy to navigate. And, even though it was Back to School, it was so clean and organized! The associates were so friendly and helpful, and the sale items were such a bargain, I can't wait to go back!

I just wish the plus size section was plus size as well. Other than that, no issues. Employee was willing to correct prices that did not ring up like they were supposed to. I was satisfied with my purchase. The white top, orange top, and some white capris.

Brought my wife to Macy’s to shop for new clothes for her up coming internship. Wondered around for a bit trying to figure out what she was comfortable and confident in and was not having much success. Then a savior showed up! Victoria L (Customer Experience Rep) offered her assistance in helping with stying. She was amazing! Very patient, totally honest and after speaking with my wife regarding her style made the entire experience so much more enjoyable and her advice was amazing.

My wife walked away with 3 complete outfit’s catered to her profession that all looked amazing and she felt confident in each one.

Firstly, the Woodlands Mall is a confusing jumble of random stores situated in odd places..very difficult to navigate. I've never seen such a bizarrely arranged mall anywhere.
I grew up with Macy's in my life because my Mom was an administrative person in the parade events department in Macy's Herald Square, Manhattan NYC.
I'm shocked that this location has some beautiful (terribly overpriced) things but is not a lovely store at all. Bargain Basement comes to mind.
The cosmetic department (which ideally should be very well designed, because this area cracks the financial nut for the entire store; the markup on goods is quadruple keystone) was cold looking and badly laid out. Too, too brightly lit.

As per usual, the women in this area are not good looking, but are heavily made up snobs. I was managing director for five cosmetic and fragrance lines with Dillard's, and have forgotten more than they've ever known about cosmetics!
They all stared at me, literally.
I was inquiring after a magnificent fragrance from a line started years ago by the daughter of artist Pablo Picaso. Ready and willing to pay the high price, I was informed that Macy's doesn't carry this fragrance. The non-beauties I talked with intimated that I was a dinosaur because I sought this fragrance over their more 'hip' scents. Someone bought this fragrace for me a few years back from Macy's!
The store overall looks badly merchandised and haphazard. The down escalator was broken. The snack bar near the bedding department is unappetizing. The employee on duty there had a vile nose ring. I thought it was a female until I heard the baritone voice.
My Mom is rolling over in her grave! Shame on this creepy excuse for a Macy's store.
This was my first and last visit and I spent ZERO.
One ☆ star for the fallen angels' logo, and the ⛰️ light fixtures on the buildings!
