Amazing Staff, customer Service.
I had found the Chiefs shirt I wanted at another store in the area, but they did not have my size. I was told the Mission store was showing inventory online. When I got to the store and couldn't find the shirt, the store manager and 2 other staffers, ( I wish I could remenber their names) looked relentlessly for the one I needed. Thinking they just didn't have it, the store manager looked up the shirt and found it at another store. She then called the store and placed a hold on it. I also had a return for a jersey that didn't fit my Grand-dog, but when I looked for the receipt in the bag it was not there. She was able to look up my transaction on line and credit back the cost of the jersey. While all this was happening... Staff Member, Bianca, found the shirt I wanted in my size!!! I was so grateful she hadn't stopped looking. She saved me a trip 25 minutes away to the other store. Needless to say... the staff was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL, and made my day!

Every rack and shelf in the store was tightly packed with tons of products and amazing varieties. So much so, though, that it was difficult to walk around in any area without constantly dancing around other shoppers. You need bigger stores...

Great selection! I stopped in to treat myself to a new tshirt to wear to an upcoming game. The clerk saved me $7 by pointing out my birthday discount I hadn’t realized I had. Happy birthday to me!!

Great location with all kinds of merchandise repping your favorite team. Clothing, accessories, jerseys, hats, rocks, housewares, gift packaging, pet goodies, baby stuff, kitchen tools and towels and even local sauces and seasonings to bring your tailgate to the top of your game. Great deals and timely availability of stuff like post season tournaments and playoffs.

Employees wonderful! Store is too crowded with merchandise to shop comfortably and to see everything. Need more square footage. Bet you'd sell more with more space.

I wanted a little stuffed TOTO from the Wizardo of Oz line they carry, and I walked in the gentleman right inside the door helped me find it and had me on my way in minutes! Very very helpful
