Truly, one of the best hobby Shops in Fresno for all your local RC. My first time going to buy an RC I didn’t feel like I was belittled but more uplifted into the hobby. Everyone was accepting and the managers till this day have been nothing but kind. They give you great advice on either budget or if you want to be a little more expensive. They also have an incredible community that has been building up And their indoor RC Crawler course is fun and challenging! I will forever be thankful for this local shop and all that they do for us collectors.

this hobby store is the best around. chris and his team are always willing to help out with anything, no matter what the situation is. i have been going to this store for many years and will continue to go back. no matter if i need parts for any of my cars or even to go hang out and use the crawler course they are always a warm welcome.

One of the few places in town where you get gunpla model kits and a good variety of general hobby tools.

Can't give 5 stars because I can no longer buy paints here, which is ashame because like gunpla they are one of the few stores carrying vallejo and tamiya paint brands

However recently all the paint racks were moved behind the counter. I can't browse them at my leisure and it's uncomfortable to hover over the counter to try and read labels while I'm standing in the way of people at the register and employees.

I dropped my slash off here for wire managment they then proceded to break wires and and lose pieces of my car then replace them with homemade part and most of staff is rude had been coming here for years

Shittiest place. had a terrible experience at Hobby Town. The staff clearly doesn’t care about their customers or solving problems. I went in with a simple issue, and they acted like it was too much work for them to even bother. No one seemed interested in helping or offering any solutions. It felt like they were just standing around, completely uninterested in doing their job. This place has gone downhill, and it’s obvious that they don’t value their customers. I won’t be coming back here again. Go check out cycle art if you need help there no good

They mostly work in RC but do carry a small assortment of model and railroad stuff. The people there are quite nice and very helpful. Don't expect to find everything you need but they usually rotate new stuff in on the occasion

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My son brought in his RC car and needed help diagnosing what was wrong with it. The team took the time to check it out and helped him find the right parts to fix it. My son later needed help installing the new part and Chris went out of his way to teach him how to install it properly. He was so patient, full of knowledge and extremely kind. My son’s car is up and running and he learned a lot through the process. Thanks again Chris!

I really enjoy the Airsoft department in this store. I’ve come here many times and am helped usually by two very nice gentleman. I believe Jack helped me find the perfect gun for my son and Anthony was always very cheerful every time I came. The problem was the manager was very rude to one of the employees in the rc department and seems to be irritated every time I step in the store. I can’t give this one star as I do enjoy coming and visiting but I can’t excuse how rude the manager was. I never got his name but he wore glasses, I hope I just caught him on his bad days.
