Great to see some things don't change!
The staff are and always have been so friendly and helpful.
I popped in to see if they offered a watch repair service, Lisa explained what they could do to help, but the full repair service wasn't appropriate.
Lisa then went above and beyond and using the spares in store replaced the pin free of charge!

I was in store last Thursday and was helped by a very nice Ladie, Elaine she was very helpful and professional it was nearing closing time she didn't rush us and provided us with information on the smart watches as my husband wanted one but didn't want to have to connect it to his phone and download an app. She certainly gave us good advice and didn't just trick us in to a sale for something we wouldn't be able to use. We will definitely be back to purchase a digital watch after doing more research.

I was very happy with my purchase and the customer service. Lisa politely informed us that they were closing in ten minutes and didn't want to rush us. We didn't know they shut at 5. Lisa was very kind and patient when I wanted to try a specific ring. She definitely deserves to be recognized for her amazing people skills. Luckily, Lisa was there when I went to collect my ring and again, such a lovely girl. I'm glad to see you have someone with personality in your glenrothes store lol.

Was greeted today by Lisa and Carol two lovely ladies at this store .
I was enquiring about watch batteries .
Carol kindly popped a battery in an awkward faced watch my son has .
Carol was very efficient and even popped it in a lovely wee suede bag to keep it safe as he is wearing it to a wedding tomorrow.

Came in with a bracelet online from another jewelry but it was too small for my wrist. So I came into h. Samuel in Glenrothes and they very helpful in helping me to get an attached magnet clip!

Really quick service and Lisa was kind enough to give me an additional magnet in case this one has any issues!

Went into store today to get links out a watch which i received as a gift recently which was purchased from that shop. Assistant took the links out without any problem. She was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

I stopped in at Glenrothes with a ring to have it sized and both Lisa and Kirsty were welcoming and approachable. As we chatted, Lisa explained how they could alter a ring size, clean a ring and assess its value. I discovered my ring was more valuable than expected, so will definitely be returning for their further services. I would recommend anyone who seeks appraisals and jewellery repairs to visit this branch.
