If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. I had an excellent experience with an online order I placed at ECS tuning. I was dealing with Vincent Lepley and I had an issue with my order. He rectified it and went over an above as far as Customer Service goes. I was actually blown away and look forward to give ECS tuning more business in the future.

These guys offer the widest selection of aftermarket parts and they're easy to do business with. Service is just as good as well. They helped me with my warranty replacement with AWE when one of my flex pipes failed.

Poor customer service!!! Held my money for a month and are not willing to work with me on a solution. I ordered a VRSF exhaust that was on a promotion and a week later I'm told that its going to be 2-3 more weeks. After almost a month, I ask for an update with they reply that my order has been cancelled. They tell me that: "The order was cancelled on our end because we did not want to keep you waiting. I am aware that VRSF has stock of the pipe but there are some internal issue which I cannot go into detail with that is preventing us from getting the exhaust." Wasting my time, cancelled my order without even talking to me first. Terrible customer service and would not recommend

Reply: When you tell me that you didn't want me to keep me waiting is the reason for cancelling yet if I had been given the option I would have waited. Other suppliers are now more expensive that the price you provided partially since I bout it on a sale from you. You certainly are able to get the product saying otherwise is false. The manufacturer and 2 other suppliers are all able to provide with plenty of stock at VRSF. If by chance the real reason is that the price on the website was incorrect I would have preferred you just tell me that rather that having me waste a month waiting just to have my order cancelled on me
