Bin mit der Beratung und den Mitarbeitern sehr zufrieden.
Bei verschiedenen Schuhen wurde sofort nachgeschaut ob es sie in meiner Größe gibt und immer wieder gefragt ob man mir helfen kann.
Leider war das Angebot sehr klein so das ich nichts passendes für mich gefunden habe.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED just wanted to formally thank Dick Sporting Good (Sports Arena San Diego) manager Steven and his staff. He went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations with our most recent bat purchase. Their store is huge and has the best selection of sporting products in all of San Diego. We appreciate Steven taking the time to setup the batting tee area and also his vast knowledge about the different baseball bats we were considering. His professional and kind personality made the entire experience enjoyable. Our son recently used the bat and was 3 for 3 with a triple. Wow what an amazing experience. Wishing Dicks Sporting Goods (Sports Arena San Diego) only continued successful into the future. If you are looking for an any type of sporting equipment go to the DSG (Sports Arena) first they won’t let you down.

First time shopping at this store, we came here for one thing. First impression a lot of parking. We step inside wanted to ask someone for help. Passed by 1 employee but was on the phone(understandable). Second person just looked at us when we tried to say hows it going and if we can get some help, he just looked at us and kept on walking. I even said out loud wow no hi how’s it going or acknowledge customers. I even said loudly no wonder this store has low reviews than other locations and he still didn’t even turn back or anything. We’re getting a bit irked but kept just looking ourselves we see another guy and samething, he just looked at us and kept walking and he walked passed us and went to back, guessing break room. Even if he was on lunch or break could have acknowledged us and responded with I’m sorry I’m on break but if I see anyone I will send your way. At this point getting annoyed. We ended up finding the shoes but still needed help with finding them. Then a couple minutes passed by and 2 gentlemen walked out of back and Wilse, I believe was his name stopped his conversation with his fellow employee and greeted and acknowledged us. I knew I still had an attitude when asking for help and explained what happen. He apologized and asked how could he be of help. I was alright now that’s customer service. He helped us find what I wanted and in a timely manner. We received shoes to try on and he even stopped by again to check up on us. The crazy thing is that he was younger than everyone else that we tried asking for help. This gentlemen understands customer service and how to treat customers. Give this guy a raise ! He absolutely deserves it. And no not no cents raises. He deserves way more. Appreciate the help brotha

Another thing, crazy how they charge 10cents for a bag. I thought that was only grocery stores.

I want to thank baseball Rick for helping me out the other day down here at the sporting good place. If it wasn’t for him being on the floor because I could not locate anybody else to guide me in the right direction to find the in-line skates I would have left without a purchase. I was looking for a particular they had exactly what I was looking for and my size. It was the last pair in the store and I am happy with my new Roces X35 110. Thanks again, Rick for your professionalism and patience.

Thanks to Mr.Nate and Mr.Isaac for helping me with the mis understanding regarding my rewards points. Over the phone the first scorecard rep. had said I was good. Went to checkout ‍♂️not good. Called again and the second score rep. confirmed only half my points were still good.Having to leave a few things behind, I still got what I needed most.

Had a really bad experience at this location a few weeks ago. I have price matched before many times; however, the person working refused to price match my item. I thought Dicks took care of their athletes. I guess not….
