Ring caught my attention and the staff were absolutely excellent.

We were invited into the shop and made comfortable with friendly smiling staff

The sales person helped with sizing the ring and explained the detail of the ring chosen very knowledgeable .

Unfortunately the store did not have the size within their store so the 2 staff members went to the others stores to pick up 2different sizes for presence of fit I am extremely impressed with the staff friendly chatty and professional .

Whilst the staff members were collecting the rings another member of staff offers refreshments excellent service from all the team

Although was not why we had went into Glasgow delighted to say we purchased an exquisite ring and the service was second to none .

I would not hesitate in recommending this friendly professional shop.
