I had the pleasure of being assisted by Cyril today at the 1880 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 store with an open box return.

The product, which was supposed to be in excellent condition, was in fact in terrible shape and appeared to be heavily used.

Cyril went above and beyond to resolve the issue, making me feel completely at ease despite the unfortunate condition of the item.

Sometimes, all customers need is an excellent employee who is truly dedicated to helping, and Cyril exemplified just that.

Absolute GARBAGE!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Apple sent me here to use my apple care and get my phone repaired, the techs ordered the wrong part, CHARGED ME (when with apple care I never should’ve been) I waited all day for my phone for them to tell me I would have to bring it back. Then I just went to apple got it fixed no problem, so I told GeekSquad to cancel, the woman on the phone told me they would cancel not to worry. They still then left me a message telling me to bring my phone in, and when I tried calling I was put on hold 3 times for well over 15 minutes each time, with once they dropped my call. They refused to get me to a manager or get me a refund, just kept transferring me to different departments to wait on hold all day. Such a waste of time, money, and effort. If apple tells you to come here DONT, DRIVE FURTHER, do not waste your time.

The store and the workers were lovely and treated me very nicely! they are honestly why I gave this place a 1 star because it honestly has nothing to do with this physical store just the misfortune of being the one that I need my services done! If i could give negative, trust me it would have been given! HOWEVER, Best buy as a whole has the Worst communication system that I have every experienced with a business. You cannot call the stores directly- no why should it be that simple! I kept getting rerouted to the national line over and over again for two days and for reasons that only make sense to the corporate chain these lovely call center workers are not allowed to connect me to the store directly and can only leave a notice to have someone call me back in a 48 hour period! This is the most unprofessional experience that have ever had the misfortune of having with a company.

Called Best Buy to look at a dishwasher I purchased through them 3 years ago, paid 125 to have a diagnostic done when I spoke to the guy at the geek squad he informed me the tech would look over my dishwasher and run a full diagnostic I asked if he would be check the washer as the error 4c popped up to see if it was clogged he said YES. When the tech called he came LATE and all he did was check for the error code on the unit he did not check the water line he did not check the valve or the filter at which I requested to be checked. He did NOTHING. He said it was the mother board then the omp reader then called me and said it was a wire in the door and if that didnt fix it he would order a motherboard. So basically he didnt know it was a guessing game. When I contacted best buy about this I was escalated and informed someone would call me. Escalations called me and confirmed their diagnostic is ONLY to check the CODE not to inspect the unit and pull it out not to check the valve or water... what did I pay 125 for I could have done that myself. They did NOTHING to resolve the issues.

This is the second time I've been to this location to upgrade my home office. Was lucky to have employee Timothy assist me both times. From the moment I entered the store the front employee quickly had Timothy assist me. He was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and listened to what I was looking for. He explained pro's and cons of the different models. And took care of me the whole time. Highly recommend this store.
