Positive: The pool was nice. And there was a woman who checked me in was fabulous!!!! She went above and beyond the call of duty for me. Negative: Yes. On the second night we statues there a huge cockroach scurried by the bed, when I brought it to the hotel staff's attention and they did nothing... nobody even apologized to me. if Hotel employee was on duty I know she would have remedied the problem.

Positive: Very clean, modern, large rooms, free breakfast, great location, friendly staff. Overall great! Negative: We got a bottom floor facing the freeway and the road noise was so loud I couldn't fall asleep till 4 a.m. If we had a different room it would have been 10/10

Positive: Easy access location + lots of parking + good value. Negative: The lobby smelled of mildew. If freeway noise bothers you, make sure your room is on the side facing away from the freeway.

The server at the breakfast buffet was great. When i walked into room 216, the 1st thing i saw was a noise canceling machine next to the bed and thought that it must not be a good sign. Fre seconds later, the 1st truck passed by my window, which was right on the highway. It was extremely noisy all night, and i was not able to fall asleep. I was only staying one night for a business trip and could not focus in my meeting the next day. There must be a way to reduce the moise from the highway with new windows or special soundproof walls.

Bed is soft, but strangely provides some support. Otherwise a beautiful, clean and new hotel. Short walk to mall.

Stayed here over the weekend for the 2nd time, so I wanted to share a few details...

1) I asked for a late checkout and the person behind the desk said that others requested a late checkout and may not be possible. After she put my room number, she realized I was a Titanium Member and said it was not a problem. Please check the status before denying a guest.

2) The bar was open but was told that they are short staffed so there was no food available. I understand about being short staffed but don't sell a weekend package advertising food availability at the hotel and not providing the service.

3) As previously mentioned, we stayed here before and had an amazing breakfast. Not so much this time. Very basic food with no AL A Carte options because they are short staffed. Additionally, there were ants and bugs on the food (see picture), so although we paid for the additional breakfast, we opted to eat elsewhere.

Overall the rooms are nice and the staff are kind. Don't sell a package and not provide the service that one would expect.
