It is typical AC in city center, not the best, rather pedestrian.
Location is pretty good, no complaints there. It is co-located with Residence Inn, definitely not my favorite Marriott brand. The service is adequate, but not overly friendly or efficient. The hotel is somehow squeezed between other buildings, not much of a view or natural light. Room was certainly clean, and rather spacious, but nothing exciting. Same about common areas. Breakfast was mew.... Bar is ok. The rate was fair, slightly on expensive side.

Came in on a girls night out and was very impressed! From the check in counter to the bar everything was perfect and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was so nice and clean. Want to give a shoutout to the bartender Andrea for her expertise in cocktails! Everything tasted amazing! Will definitely be back soon!

This hotel delivers up to AC brand standards---spacious room, well apportionment, modern design, clean and comfortable. A word of caution-the hotel is boxed in on all sides so unless you are in the topmost floor don't expect much natural light. Points are deducted for TV that was busted in my room. Otherwise this was a very satisfying stay

I received excellent customer service. I was always met with a smile and kindness. The room was wonderful. Continental breakfast was appreciated. Martin, one of the concierge was extremely helpful and polite. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations.

I always enjoy my stays at any AC hotel. This was my husband and I first trip to Dallas. The front desk staff was so professional and courteous. We used Valet parking and the woman named Sammie was awesome! She explained everything to us in detail, even recommended some great places to eat, but the great part about her was that she greeted everyone with a smile!

Great hotel! Clean and bright. Staff was super friendly!!! The gentlemen that helped with the busses for the entire week (AKA Boule) was OUTSTANDING!!!! He deserves a raise, a bonus, or SOMETHING! Sammie was also great, opened doors and was very pleasant.

Go up
