I recently purchased a ring from the Livingston branch and was served by Guillermina, she was excellent, could not have been more helpful. She put me at ease got me comfortable let me take my time whilst offering lots of options. She showed genuine interest in me and what I was looking for. There was a minor issue after I left and Guillermina even chased me down the shopping centre to make sure it wouldn’t be an issue! Which it wasn’t. A few of the rest of the team also said hello, I found the whole experience to be welcoming, friendly and Guillermina truly couldn’t have done more to help. Thank you so much!

We were ‘window’ shopping although I had the exact thing I was looking for in my minds eye. Rhona popped out to see if she could assist and assist she did. Her and her fellow colleagues were very helpful so much so window shopping turned into an unexpected purchase. Highly recommend for customer service
