Been to the store a couple times since being back in town. I have yet to run into one disgruntled employee. Everyone there is willing to help or get help for you from the right person. It makes a difference when you are seeking advice in a project for your home. Thank you to all of your smiling faces!

Store is Ok but getting through the parking lot and out of it is risky. Homeless have taken over the area and have set up camps there. Parking has RV with homeless there on the side of lowes on the grass area there are homeless sketchy people lurking around.
Near the outdoor Sheds, the homeless are sleeping in them and around them so be careful if you are shopping for a shed. You just might encounter someone sleeping inside of them.
Security is non-existent.

We are DIYers and shop after work. This Lowes closes the lumber section in the evenings making it difficult to purchase what we need during the hours we can shop. We are pressed for time and trying to make your purchases efficiently and rapidly, not having direct access to this section of the store is a nuisance. It will be easier to drive a bit further to Home Depot than have to lug large items throughout their store to use the only working door.

While Lowe’s stores are my go to, over Home Depot, this store like many others has everything locked up. They have turned into a store that needs a personal Lowe’s assistant to walk with you while you shop because you can’t shop for yourself, everything’s locked up. And then they expect you to be an unpaid cashier. It is backwards!

Came to get a breaker that I need as washer keeps tripping off so came to Lowe’s and asked for help and waiting a good 20 minutes and no one shows up so went back to front and asked again but still no one showed up so I left and I just see staff hanging out so guess Home Depot will be getting my business

How embarrassing is it to think you will receive a item for the price advertised. No true to advertised price be carful when shopping at low. Patrick the store manager will make you feel like less than when employees are unavailable to stock items correctly. New management or I’m the wrong color to get correct prices on displayed items. Don’t shop at this low false advertisement all over the store sad and bad customer service.
