I decided to visit the Visalia location because Savanna in Tulare was rude while I was asking specific questions regarding women’s work boots. In terms of efficiency, Visalia exceeded my expectations. The Visalia staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, I am very surprised reading the negative reviews. I was able to get a new pair of work boots non slip / composite toe.

tulare boot barn is the way to go, i went in looking for a specific hat in mind which was said to be in stock online. i asked one girl whether or not they carried it and all she said was i dont think so I’ve never seen it before and that was that. I’ve worked retail before so i do know they have the ability to look it up so i went to the front and asked. the guy said they didnt have any in store so i decided to go take one more final look just for me to find plenty of the hat i was looking for. employees just seemed to be lazy in my opinion even though the store was dead!
