You know I have pass by Tjmaxx stores for yrs and never thought to go inside of 1, I always thought it was for weird or old people. So I guess either 1 or 2 things have happened, I either weird or have gotten old or probably both?. But lately I have been visiting these stores regularly and I really enjoy going and I always find something really nice to brighten the mood! This location is very nice and it's up/down stairs. Only thing I would change is I would make the children's section a bit larger

I recently found this sandwich maker and stand for my makeup and many other items. The employees are nice and friendly. Never have a problem with returns. They also have high end items. Great location to shop at in Santa Monica.

Whoever buys for this specific T.J. Max store, really goes the extra mile to bring in some great brands at significantly discounted price points. Ample parking in lot across the street. Worth arriving and leaving by 12noon on a Sunday.That effort avoids crowds. The staff here are great, Demetris in particular was a standout. Engaged with customers, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Made for a great quick shopping experience. The two guys who provide security, you cannot not notice them, that is the point of them being present and accounted for, well, they are super friendly, diplomatic and completely zeroed in on keeping the shopping experience a paid for shopping experience only. I appreciated their energy as front and center. They really set the tone for the entire store, as orderly and a safe place to visit in Downtown SM.

This place is my alternative for other TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Not because they are worse than others, as a matter of fact, the service is one of the best I have seen. It is just too small for me, that is it. Maybe because it is in the expensive area?

I have been to several in different areas. This one has a restroom and that is thoughtful. And the restroom is also clean as I inspected and washed my hands there.

The stuff is ok, the first floor has more than upstairs. The household area does not have many selections compared to other branches. Maybe it is also due to the shoppers.

I refunded one item and the process was really nice and fast. Briana is young, friendly and fast enough to finish within one minute. I feel good for the whole process.

I have stopped by several times to check out the new items, not each time I will buy something. But I bought Christmas chocolate just last night here. It is just the right time of the year for this. And TJ Maxx is definitely ready.

A nice quiet location for this branch. I don’t know where the parking lot is as I arrive on foot. It is also safe without people bothering you outside. That makes me feel safe.

Fee days ago I visited again and Audrey was helping me. She is nice and helpful, definitely a managerial candidate.

I love coming here since i work near by but today encountered a rude ass employee by the name of "Rosie". I was disappointed with my visit definitely will not be coming to this location. Im shocked because everyone is so helpful and kind.
