My Joann's definitely needs a face lift, she's not aging very well and the bathrooms are somewhat of a disaster. The staff is very warm, friendly, and helpful. My major complaint is the Joann's app. I'm constantly having to uninstall and install it but that still doesn't help it from not working properly.

My wifes favorite place for yarn. They always have good deals. Store is kept pretty tiddy, and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

They don't have alot a fabric anymore. They had mostly cartoons fabric. I was looking for a Victorian look fabric. They are just not as good as they used to be. Also no Apple fabric. Peach color fabric. Also I we t to the bathroom there. It was so filthy. The toilets were not cleaned at all. It needed deep cleaning, and .any repairs. It was filthy. See photos.

I love their fabric selection. Definitely have everything you need for any sewing project. I also buy some of their baking stuff once in a while. They had really cute candy molds & cookie cutters.

I'm writing this review at the behest of Summer, the assistant manager, who sarcastically suggested it. Today, I visited the store in search of a particular fabric style, which was out of stock. An associate informed me that it could be sourced from another store or ordered online. When told the fabric was an hour's drive away, I agreed to travel to get it the next day. After browsing other designs, I proceeded to the cutting area. There, I asked about the fabric's price and the possibility of transferring the other fabric to this store, as I had done previously. However, Summer's demeanor was unhelpful, dismissive, and condescending—unfit for a manager. The brief five-minute interaction was enough to discourage me from making a purchase and consider shopping online with a different company, even if it meant waiting two weeks, rather than returning to this store.

We came to this store to purchase a sewing machine and several items to start up. We had full intent on walking away with a sewing machine...threads..needles and fabric to begin with. We asked for help with multiple staff only to get rudeness and reluctance to answer questions. We got more help from other customers than actual staff. The store felt old and slightly decrepit. We walked away from spending hundreds of dollars as a result . The only positive was a young male cashier who was friendly and helpful. I don't think we will ever return to this store due to the poor experience and customer service

Summer, the assistant manager, sarcastically requested this review. Today, I visited the store seeking a specific item, which was unavailable. An associate suggested transferring it from another location or ordering online. Despite the over an hour drive to retrieve it, I strongly considered. While browsing, I inquired about transferring the fabric and its price, but Summer's demeanor was unhelpful and condescending. This brief interaction dissuaded me from purchasing and made me consider shopping elsewhere, even if it meant waiting longer.

Good deals on fabrics. Big selection. Happy with the trip! Building looked old as dirt lights were dimmed. Staff was amazing. Walked out paying less than half of what I thought I would. Would highly reccomend for their sales.
