I have only shopped online but their customer service is unmatched! I loved the personal touches of my first order and the stickers!!! It really made me feel a part of the family. Waiting on my bead breaker so I can change out my tire. I’m so stoked and hope it ships soon. Thanks C&R for setting the bar high. All around great experience. Hope to be able to shop in store in the future.

Craft and ride, hands-down the truest, most trusted aftermarket, Onewheel company that I’ve done business with. Very high-quality products and actual lifetime warranty associated with their stuff. I’m writing this review to say thank you Nick for taking such good care of me and being completely understanding of my situation, and my addiction to Onewheeling!!!
Nick reached out to me and ask how all the products I purchased were doing and holding up. I replied that everything has been holding up phenomenally except the air-pad one of the first AirPads to come out… which they have improved since The purchase apparently. After my response of saying, I can’t live without my board and can’t ride without a pad. I did not get a response from them until today with the brand new pad and a thank you receipt.
Thank you so much C&R- Nick For all you do and how you represent American companies!! By American, at least designed by Americans?

Have had a few different orders from Craft and Ride and each one has been on time or early. Specifically Nick the CEO takes great care of his customers! H me has fixed issues with orders promptly before they get sent out and takes a personal interest in his customers, ensuring they are happy and going out of his way if they need any questions answered about products or just onewheel/vesc in general. He and craft and ride have made this new hobby an absolutely AMAZING experience! Thank you Nick! And Craft and Ride! Would give 20 stars if I could!!

Great products and amazing service! Love this company. I've ordered a few onewheel accessories from them (backpack, fender, foot pad), and they're all super high quality. Just got the new backpack in and it's so nice - very comfortable and solid build. What stands out even more than the products is the service though. Super responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions. Highly recommended.

Craft & Ride is customer service at it's best! I bought a used XR that needed a new tire. My son and I went to C&R and met Mike. I ended up buying the treaded tire he recommended and Mike gave me tips on the replacement. I also ended up getting a magnetic fender and tire sealant. Mike made good recommendations but wasn't a pushy salesman at all. My son kinda took over my XR so I found a pint for him. The pint had the original slick on it so we went back to C&R and met Nick to get a treaded tire. Nick was super cool and gave us a tour of the shop. I'm sure we'll be back again someday to grab some lego footpads for his Pint! Pleasure to meet you guys and we will see you again soon! Josh and Carson

The absolute best! I've ordered many things from C&R. Almost every time, the order process has been seamless, the things I've ordered have been delivered quickly, are super high quality, and always come with a little extra care in the package. Recently though, while ordering some custom items, there was a glitch with the website. I reached out to support and they went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They replied right away, and tried to help troubleshoot. When we couldn't get it working, they walked through every step of the process and helped create the order manually. I sincerely wish every business was run with as much care for their products and customers as Craft and Ride. Huge thanks to Nick and the crew, for all the help tuning my #FloatState!

When I crashed my Onewheel damaging my C&R fender they were more than accommodating helping me to get back riding!!!
