Wando Port is ridiculous..... lines are long computers or slow and even if you get inside in a timely manner you still have to deal with the Crane operators driving over you until they decide its time for you to get loaded... my average time in and out this week is just shy of 1hr... need to do better.

It's always a headache when you go in. You always waiting hour or more. They are so unorganized and they let the workers go to lunch when the road drivers get back in from up state or further. 11:30 to 1400.

The ports still need to make changes, "meaning all 3 ports in Charleston." Need to catch up with time. The wait time is bad or turn around time, the road are bad, the system need to be updated I can go on and on; it doesn't take genius to look and see what need to be updated. A truck driver have a lot of demands and if your a truck driver you would not like your experience at the ports.

It don't matter what time I come to this port I always be in here for hours at a time I loose so much time off my clock nobody be in the cranes and they're extremely slow to get to you Either they got to many time on they hand or they hire the wrong people to do the job here I think they new management here asap Drivers are completely tire of it but it getting worse I wouldn't rate this place at all
