Schlechter Kundenservice wenn man online bestellt. Brauchen ewig um zu antworten. Das Teil wurde kaputt geliefert ( was natürlich erst nach der Installation festgestellt werden konnte). Rücksendekosten müssen trotzdem selbst getragen werden obwohl die Lieferung nicht einwandfrei war. Man kann das Teil nur austauschen wenn es installiert wurde aber nicht zurück geben. Was passiert denn wenn das neue Teil wieder kaputt geliefert wird? Dann sitze ich auf zwei unbrauchbaren teilen fest?
Eines der schlechtesten Kundenservice die ich je erlebt habe. Leider muss ich mich nun damit herumschlagen.

Great shopping experience with Parts Avatar store. Lightning fast shipping and delivery by courier (not Canada post in my case). Ordered Wednesday 10pm and delivered on Saturday. Great communication. The parts prices were super competitive compared to others (the usual i would guess in this modern world). Thank you guys! PS: a little gift, a “stinker” :)) was thrown in… very cute 🙂

This has been well and above the worst online retail shopping experience of my entire life.
-They sent the wrong part, then asked me to pay $100 more to get the right part
-They are impossible to communicate with.
-They Lie about inventory.
-The Lie about not being able to talk on the phone. (It’s a 3rd party call centre and I checked. Their phones are fine)
-They use fake names, so when an agent says they will handle the problem they can ignore it and “connect you with another agent”
-They refused my refund, now I have to try to get it through my credit card company
-They created a shipping label to trick me into thinking my order was on its way, however when I checked with purolator they confirmed they hadn’t received the part yet.

I WOULD RATHER EAT SAND THAN USE THIS RETAILER AGAIN
The only reason I will ever come back to this site is to re-post this review every couple weeks so that it will not disappear.

Here’s the story

It’s been a month since I ordered a set of leaf springs and I’m still battling to get the correct part.
I ordered the springs October 1st and the first one came right away it was awesome, then as the days ticked by I tracked the rest of my order and watched it sit in a warehouse 2 hours away for days. Once my spring was overdue I reached out and they got it sent to me, which was also pretty good. This is when the trouble started.
They sent me one correct 4+1 spring and one incorrect 3+1 spring. So I sought to exchange it, easy right? Wrong. They told me to return it for a refund and order again, however the price had gone up $100, so I told them that was ridiculous and they said it was “policy.” After a week of arguing back and forth over email they finally admitted their mistake and agreed to an exchange for the correct item. I sent the spring back and sent them an email confirming that the new part would be sent. They ignored me for a week and I finally told them to give me a refund or I would have to report them to my credit card as fraudulent. Miraculously they started replying again. I told them to send me my part or give me my money back, so they told me my part would be sent in 24-48 hours. I asked the agent to confirm with me via email and he said he would, so hours later when I didn’t get an email I reached out again. This agent said 2-3 Business days… Big difference as this was on a Thursday afternoon. So I waited until the “Third business day” and of course: nothing. I reached out to every single point of communication I had including: the established email threads, email addresses on the website, and the website itself. I gave them an ultimatum- part shipped or refund within 24 hours or I was going to have to claw my money back through my credit card company. They said for sure it would be shipped. They then proceeded to create a shipping label the next day across the country. I reached out to the shipper and they confirmed that my part had not yet been acquired- just the label was created. I demanded my money back and of course they ignored me for a few more days. Then they DENIED me my money back and said “Be assured, your part will be there soon.” That was days ago. It has now been a month since my initial order. I’ve missed costly inspections, had to cancel trips and gone through so much undue stress waiting for this stupid part. It’s cost me hundreds of dollars and not once have they so much as offered me a discount. I could’ve ordered from other retailers six times over and received my correct parts. This was a total disaster. I will be calling my credit card, and reaching out to every consumer protections agency in Canada warning of the fraudulent behaviour of this company. Now I’m left with no choice but to consider legal action. I can’t believe it’s come to this!

I ordered oil. You placed the jugs on their side in the box. And lo and behold jugs leaked. Despite your plastic wrap efforts. Charge all that money and too cheap to make a box big enough to have the oil packed in stage upright position? You also don’t use any packaging materials, ever, in my back to back experiences with you. Never ordering from you again, and I’ll be sure to encourage others to look elsewhere as well. Now it’s my mess to clean up right? Oil everywhere all over everything, I’m assuming you won’t send someone to clean your mess for you. I’m Disgusted with your service and fed up, clearly your business doesn’t care. I gave you 2 chances and you screwed up both times with two different products. You can’t seem to deliver a product undamaged and intact. Hope you go out of business.

highly professional quick response. Order arrived in time and it was fast, great price original part by NTK Japan in the original sealed box, fit the vehicle as the expert from Parts Avatar advised. Thanks and I will buy again from this company. Note: I received an extra air freshener as a gift ❤️
My second order was for winter tires, and rear shocks absorber (KYP - Japan) both arrived fast and on time, if you want to install the shocks absorber your self it’s better you have an impact wrench

A close friend mentioned this website. I ordered a full set of rotors and pads and a pair of front wheel hub assemblies. The online experience was flawless. The prices were reasonable. What blew my mind was the availability of financing option. I opted for the 4 month no interest plan. The order was placed on October 17th but I am assuming they don't get processed heading into the weekend. However as soon as the shipping label was created the following Monday, it arrived within 48 hours from Mississauga ON to Trenton ON. I am hoping the parts fit well. I have high hopes. Will update this review eventually. So far the experience has been flawless.

Horrible experience. Parts Avatar sends USED parts on propped/staged box. Ordered a pair of FCS struts. One came brand new and the other USED. Outrageous!

Your bad cultured and ignorant employees let you down once again.

CS chat says sorry it's outside return period. But manufacturer says distributor should honor an exchange. Unfair business practice.

Fellow customers shop elsewhere.
These guys will Rip you Off your hard earned Money.

Ordered two 02 sensors great price and shipping was faster than I thought it wpuld be ! . One box was tapped up like it was opened. To my surprise the 02 sesnor was definitely a part that was previously installed . Wrench marks , no cap , and then antiseize is gone and thread show that it's been installed. I will risk it and try it as returning is more of a hassle for a 50 dollar part but be prepared as you might receive used parts.
