Habe dort Teile für meine 69er Chevelle nach Deutschland bestellt - kam mit FedEx sogar schneller als angegeben. FedEx fragt aber noch noch Warentarifnummern. Die muss man halt raussuchen. Da hilft Google aber ganz gut. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

Ausleys Chevelle help me restore my Chevelle from scratch. It took over a 1.5 years and allot of good advise was provided. I am located in Australia so most communication was via email. They always replied promptly and professionally. I ordered parts a few times that I didn't need and they contacted me to explain why I didn't need them. One of my orders had a missing part that I didn't know about until one year later, got in touch with them and they shipped it same day. Best customer services I have experienced ever. 100% recommended. Well done Ausley's team.

Ausley's customer service is outstanding! They have people who can and will help you with any questions regarding your installation. And they definitely know their stuff. I had an issue with a part on a disc brake conversion, and they promptly provided a replacement, no questions asked. If you have a Chevelle, this is the only place to go for parts. I have been super impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of everyone I have talked to there. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Ausley's ROCKS!

Sent wrong fuel tank bolts for my 64' and sent cheap so called tank insulation strips. Contacted them, no replies to emails sent with the pictures. Cost me an entire weekend, I didn't open the bolts until after I had pulled the tank. There are plenty of other great Chevelle parts providers. Never will do business with Ausley's again.

Rebuilt my 66 Chevelle with complete Ausley's parts. One time, I received my order and didn't open it until a month later due to other commitments and noticed my order was wrong. I called Ausley's and explained what happened and they immediately sent me the correct parts. I recommend Ausley's to every Chevelle owner.

Avoid at all cost. Placed an order which sat with them on "backorder" for several days with no correspondence. Called to check status and spoke to two employees who were well beyond rude stating they do not have time to update customers regarding their orders. Not sure how a company like this stays in business. With so many competitors online, I'd avoid a store like this who clearly do not value their customers.

Nice try with the reply about other manufactures. The issue is that your company failed to communicate and that your employees were extremely rude and literally told me to take my business elsewhere because I inquired why your company failed to communicate. This by far the worst service that I have experienced anywhere online. With the number of websites selling parts online there are several better options - avoid this reseller at all costs!

I ordered a front end for a 66 chevelle along with other parts that I am restoring. When the parts arrived I had to comment to the delivery driver on how well they were packaged. Like we were supposed to do, I checked every piece for damage. The only damage I found was on the hood(see pic). I documented the damage with the delivery driver and immediately called Ausley’s customer service about the hood. The gentleman was extremely helpful and ensured the issue would be resolved quickly. Apparently the delivery service removed my boxes from a wood pallet which may have caused the damage. The communication and service was excellent throughout the process. The new hood arrived in a few days in perfect shape. Thank you Ausley’s, I will be buying the rest of my restoration parts for my 66 and 67 chevelle projects from you.
