Tessa was amazing! After calling two other wood stove places with no luck, Tessa succeeded. Through their vast parts, warehouse and distributor, she quickly located & ordered the right replacement parts for my almost 20-year-old Regency wood stove. I was impressed with her resources and skills as well as the patience she had helping me navigate this. Well done! And I will definitely shop here again and not go anywhere else. Thank you, especially for being able to get the part for me within a couple weeks, especially when we're in the heating season.

I ordered my, essential, part online, from Canada. We couldn't find it here anywhere. When checking out I selected the only delivery method listed, USPS. MY Canadian brain thought it said UPS, the courier company, so I proceeded with the checkout. It dawned on me afterwards that USPS stood for the US Postal Service. Which ordinarily wouldn't be an issue, however our Canadian Postal Service happens to be on strike at the moment, with no end in sight to the labour dispute being settled! I was looking at a potential delivery delay of weeks, if not months, with the part sitting in a mail room somewhere and me shivering in the coming winter. When I contacted Cozy Cabin and requested a change in delivery method I anticipated a nightmare of canceling payments, resubmitting this or that but I couldn't have been more wrong!
Fortunately Olivia responded to my problem and with in a couple of quick emails it was all resolved and my part was on its way via a courier! Olivia was quick to respond, efficient and courteous. She truly made doing business with Cozy Cabin a pleasure and I will be sure to recommend her and Cozy Cabin to my installer and anyone else looking for hard to find parts.

I can’t say enough about Holli at Cozy Cabins. I cold called with a parts question and had a call back the next day (I truly believe it was next day ONLY due to the time difference.). I can to Holli with a 20 year old stove that had been poorly stored and had no model number to be found. She asked for me to send any info and pictures and she would put in her due diligence. While she was working on this I had an email everyday with updates on her progress. When she was able to get all the parts that were still available, I was sent a very reasonable quote. I called in to pay with a CC and Holli was unavailable, but that service rep was easily able to pull up my order, take my payment, and by the end of the day my order was shipping. Amazing!

Tessa has been amazingly helpful with getting us the right parts for our Vermont Castings wood stove. She was patient, kind, efficient and helpful. We made the mistake of ordering the wrong parts and she was just as great with the return process. I called in late Wednesday afternoon from California, and Holli sounded fresh and ready to help. And She did. Ordered everything I needed and explained what it was and how it will work. From operational to the payment. Payment was not up front either. I will be given a notice once they receive my replacement valve and remote control system for it is in hand. I liked that. Pleasant and knowable, looked up information on the spot.

As we all unfortunately know, customer service these days is all but extinct, except at Cozy Cabin. Such a refreshing experience to actually get to speak with a live person without a thousand prompts that are irrelevant or they don't understand your answer! And the cherry on top was speaking with Tessa, who was so helpful. I had NO idea what the parts were that I was looking for, and she so graciously and quickly found them for me so I could place an order.
