Great store with a great selection of gently used clothing. I pop in pretty regularly and always find something at a great price. Picked up a great pair of sneaker and a t-shirt today! Great store with great customer service! Highly recommend!

Coyote Exchange is my absolute favorite place to shop in St. George for fun thrift finds! They have such a great variety of quality brands at fantastic prices. April the owner treats everyone who walks through the door like family and Rachel and the girls at the counter are incredibly helpful and friendly. I have been coming here for years and now it is my daughter's favorite place to shop too!

My experience working here has been awful. April and Rachel both made me feel belittled and disrespected. I quit the store just over 5 months ago and I am still unpacking all of the traumatic experiences I’ve encountered. Teenage girls stay away this is NOT a fun place to work!!!!!

Also here is what you conveniently left out of my text message sent to you after quitting coyote:

“I am upset by the mistreatment I feel I have been getting from Rachel, especially on Saturdays when you are off. I feel as though she is bringing our personal issues into the workplace and it makes me very uncomfortable. I think since Kennedy and I have become friends the dynamic of the workplace has changed. I feel Rachel, the manager of the store, has singled me out and treated me poorly because of it. My main focus is not the customers or up keeping the store, I am more concerned with being conscious of what I do and say so that I don’t upset her. I feel I have to walk on egg shells to keep peace at Coyote. I am very anxious to come in for my shifts and feel as though I can’t be myself or be open about my life without causing tension. I should not have to feel that way. I feel like the current work environment is very toxic and unprofessional. I can attest that I am not the only person who feels this way. I think moving forward it would be helpful to know that certain things are going on without your knowledge. I feel there should be a little more professionalism during shifts and to refrain from letting our emotions get the best of us. I feel there are problems being such a small close knit team. I don’t think it should be expected of us to all be friends outside of work, especially with those in a position above me.
As for my relationship with you April, I feel you are able to be friendly to Rachel and other customers in the store but when it comes to me I feel there is a disconnect. I feel there has been a lot of awkward tension between us. I have felt in the past and now that I have tried to spark conversation with you, to get to know you and I feel that has been very one sided. I feel uncomfortable when it is just you and I working because I feel I have to over extend myself to have a connection with you. I always felt there has been a double standard since the beginning. I feel Rachel has been put on a pedestal and can do no wrong. Whether that be scrolling on her phone during shifts, using the computer for personal tasks, getting ready in the store, or inviting friends into the workplace who are openly disrespectful to me, it goes unnoticed by you. I feel she has brought up on multiple occasions that you give her a bigger discount on clothing and jewelry, which I think should be kept private. I feel that if there is an expectation set the standard should be the same for everyone manager or not. I also feel that certain information I’ve shared with you has not been kept confidential, like my moving situation. I do not want my personal life being gossiped about. That is why I have tried to keep things private during my time here at the store. I felt Rachel was being very invasive when she asked Kennedy about my living situation. It is frankly not her business and I do not feel okay being talked about behind my back.
As for the both of you, I do not appreciate being made to feel incompetent or dumb when I make a mistake. I was never raised to be ashamed of being wrong. We are all human, it is bound to happen sometimes and it can be a learning experience for everyone. I don’t see the point in playing the blame game or shaming people who mess up, there is no positive outcome in that.
Since putting in my notice I have come to a breaking point, that is why today will be my last day. I don’t know if what I am saying will resonate with you or Rachel, regardless I still feel this way and my feelings are valid. I hope moving forward you will keep these things in the back of your mind with new employees.”

Pretty expensive for a thrift clothing store, branded as vintage. Staff was somewhat polite did not offer amazing customer service or anything. Overall it was a okay to good store.

The clothes are cute, but the prices are quite high for a thrift store. I read a review mentioning, "I felt like I was interrupting their socializing," and I had the same experience. Not very friendly staff... I wasn't assisted to a dressing room or offered help finding anything. This was my first and last visit.

I came because I was tired of going to the same thrift store and saw that this place got great reviews! Unfortunately upon coming in I started checking prices and I was shocked to see that they were pricing things very high. I understood for the high end brands and the popular ones. But I found nothing under $10 including items that were very VERY used and washed down. Gym clothing items that were YEARS out of style prices above $21 just because it had a FADED lululemon brand on it. That was just one of many :/ Runway Fashion has them beat on pricing and styles for sure.

I was having a conversation with one of the lovely girls who works here and the owner rudely interrupted and started talking about herself and her husband. I felt bad for the girl who was phased out of the conversation. Seems pretty unprofessional to me.
