Came into stereo depot San Diego. Purchased a pioneer apple CarPlay wireless unit for my 2013 Nissan Sentra . Awesome service and will keep coming back. Make sure to ask for Adrian he treats you like family.

Do not go here because once they take your money you are no longer a customer they won't try and help with anything that they messed up with your system they won't try to fix anything or show you how to work it they act like they are too busy and they'll take new customers first and make you wait and then never see you and tell you to come back. They don't do the work that they charge you for and they're overpriced. Do not go here there's plenty of other places to choose from.

I had headlights installed on my truck and within two days the a trim piece fell out on one side, i went to have them replace it but they would not, they said it had been a few days already and that it looked like the truck had had damage to the front end but the trim piece never fell out before the headlights were installed and I have since purchased the trim piece myself ($50) and snapped it in correctly and it has not fell off since.
Also my son got a quote to have window tinting done on his SUV, I also got a quote to have headlights installed on my other truck and my girlfriend needed stereo work but they would rather pass up work $$$ then admit that there installer made a mistake...will be taking my work somewhere else.
The customer service started out very well but they ended up coming up short for my liking.

Solid customer service. Helpful, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. Installation took longer than expected (however, they were short staffed due to a flu/cold going around, glad they stayed home). Small setback. A cover for an outlet was broken during the install. They offered to fix it and will be doing so at the next visit. System works great. Exceeded my expectations and I am overall happy.

My husband bought a used work truck that needed some updating. They installed a backup camera, alarm, bluetooth, and touch screen in 1 day. They offer financing and 3 year warranty for their services. I would definitely recommend!

I had them put in a backup camera on my 36-foot travel trailer, a stereo in my wife's truck, and a stereo in the kids' car. All 3 things were done in a day, and there was parking for my trailer and truck. Prices were competitive, and service was excellent. Quality was excellent. Would recommend for any vehicle electronics parts or service.
