Be aware your appointment time is not the time you can collect your items. When complaining to the manager he said he is not going to give me his name and made it clear I have no option but to stand in this super long line (picture added). He did say the line is moving pretty fast. When I asked if he felt this was acceptable he said he felt it was. Ridiculous. Went in to exchange an item and everything was cool until I had to purchase a gift card to pay the up-charge. Apple needs to be able to refund to the card used. Other than that everything was straight. The Apple advisor was nice and didn’t give me any trouble. Thanks.

After I lost my phone and received a new device in exchange under Apple Care insurance, it turned out that the new phone has a SIM card limitation and cannot be used with the technical capabilities of my mobile operator. When I contacted support and received advice, they assured me that they would not be able to solve this online and sent me to the nearest Apple store. With an assigned appointment, I came here to get help, but after being there for about three hours, I left with nothing! The employees refused to solve the problem, citing the impossibility of the unlocking procedure, explaining this by the fact that Apple and Apple Care are two legally different companies, but what business does this have on me? I bought my phone in this store and issued insurance there and then, I have been regularly paying for it for more than two years and I just heard that they do not see any problems and my device is fine. The employee just walked away from me, as if I was not there at all! The next person I contacted simply advised me to call support soon and after a while he also disappeared. The third employee called support, reset and erased my phone, saying that he also did not see any problems with it and assured me that the SIM card was not blocked! This is just nonsense! After being there for about three hours, I left with nothing, completely without communication and without a working phone and not understanding what to do next. The photo clearly shows that the phone is blocked, how can you argue with the obvious, proving to me the opposite.

Has decent display of the products.
Pretty much standard Apple store with most of the Apple products.
The folks at the Genius Bar are well aware of the problem faced and have solutions
The place can be crowded so best to get appointments ahead to get things done.
Walk ins are good for buying stuff, but they will have to wait for some time to close stuff.
There is availability for many apple product’s like the 14 pro, apple AirPods, Apple Watch 8 and variety of straps.

I scheduled an appointment for an iPhone battery replacement, arrived early, and still had to wait almost 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I was finally helped. It was difficult to find an associate to provide assistance checking-in, to receive updates on wait-time, and to check-in again to pick up my device. When I picked up my iPhone, it was retuned to me with the touch screen disabled. This was fixed with a simple reboot, but this should have been done before it was retuned to me. I’ve received great customer service at other Apple Store locations, so this experience was disappointing. I won’t be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. this store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered.

My repair case has taken over a month to resolve on a phone that was brand new.

They also lie to their customer about status and procedure. lie about promise dates, lie about windows of wait, and they lie when they say they are going to replace your phone new and then try to force you to take a broken and refurbished device.

They are the absolute worst retail and service experience you could ever encounter.

No one in this story takes any amount of accountability. it is disgusting

Pay for new phone $1000 plus and get a scheduled time to pick up. Now they will not let you come in before your scheduled time but when you come it at your scheduled time they put you I. A long line with a long wait. What was the schedule for? Seems like they need better time management. Not a highly recommended store.

Poor service. Ordering the phone by phone OK. Was told the set up, transfer of data to new phone, and resetting the service with my phone carrier would go seamlessly but did not. The store manager spent more time talking about how great the service could be rather than actually doing anything about it. The associate reluctantly tried but obviously had no time or patience to allow me to walk out of the store with a working phone. Go to your phone service carrier to buy a phone from people that can get the new phone up and working and know what they are doing and not subject yourself to the "jazz" of an Apple store salesmanship.

Go up
